Mr Sinkala is a Certified Consultant on SAGE ACCPAAC and other Sage Products. He is also a Full Part 2 ACCA Qualification. Shemu has extensive experience in Accounting/ Audit and Consultancy Software in the design and implementation of computerized Financial Management Systems in donor funded Organizations.
Before joining Mupuma Management Solutions Ltd Shemu, served as Finance Manager and Administration at NetOne I.T. During the last 5 years with NetOne Information Technology, He was a key team member for the design and implementation of Projects for Financial Management Software in Various World Banks and Other donor funded projects in Zambia
He has Also worked in the Audit field with DCDM Consulting and also in Business Consulting department dealing in Business Plan and Company formation strategies and capitalization to maximize efficiency for the developing sectors of industries.
He has also been responsible for the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems ACCPAC and Human Resource for clients in varied industrial sectors such as tourism, manufacturing, banking and transport among others.
Mr Sinkala has delivered several reports with respect to IT system reviews, Software fit analysis, Software evaluation and selection. He has supervised the installation of systems where he has been involved in their selection. Mr. Sinkala has also overseen the implementation of a Fleet Management System for the logistics companies in Zambia.
Mr. Sinkala has contributed in several high spot reviews in order to set out IT Strategies for various organisations. The aim of these exercises was to develop systems implementation projects. His extensive skills acquired from interactions with clients have enabled him to participate in the design of various reports and integrations. His detailed designs have been used by programmers to develop system interfaces and complete systems. He then participated in the unit testing and integration testing of such systems.
Mr. Sinkala is now working for Mupuma Management solution full time basis and assists the partners in developing the IT consulting practice in the Sothern African region. In so doing, he ensures that all deliverables meets the Mupuma Management Solutions standards and also proceeds with quality assurance reviews of several implementation and development assignments. He also travels in the region to assess new opportunities for the practice and continuously follows these leads in order to have them converted into contracts for Mupuma Management Solutions ltd. Senia Bianca Nyondo
Ms Senia holds a Degree in Computing and Networking from Greenwich University and is also a Certified ACCPAC Consultant, certified by Softline ACCPAC. Having worked as an IT specialist with over 6 years of experience, ranging from System Administration and customer support in various key positions in organisations like DCDM, Zamtel, Railway Systems and Senia has Wide experience in I.T and Sage Accpac ERP.
Before joining Mupuma management solutions Senia worked at Zamtel were her main role as an I.T Business Trainer was to learn the IT Business Systems from operations to business unit and Train Users. Furthermore, to identify training gaps and offer suitable training, Create different styles of training users, facilitate internal training, Creation of user manuals.
Before serving as IT Business Trainer, Senia also previously served as Technical Manager at Emerging Technologies Limited were her main roles were;
Senia also worked for Railway Systems of Zambian, were she served as ACCPAC Manager. There she was responsible for training staff and providing support for Sage ACCPAC ERP for both Zambia and Zimbabwe office.
Over the many years Senia has implemented and provided Accpac support for various companies such as Astro Holdings Ltd, Corpus Legal Practioners, Sabot Transport Ltd, Customized Clearing and Forwarding,Project Concern International, ZICTA, Zambia Railways Limited, Maamba Collieries Limited, Bank ABC, and National Authorising Office of the EDF.
Head Corporate Sales and Services
Chisiki manages the Corporate Sales operations for the company. She drives the Hardware and software. Over the past years she has spent a lot of time building and creating relationships with the top IT leaders in Zambia providing with solutions that enable them to meet the current technology needs and this is done within their budgetary limits.
Her background is Information technology and she has completed her IMIS higher diploma and Is currently pursuing the Greenwich Honours Degree. Her experience in the Information technology field stretches during she time she has done many trainings and certifications with Microsoft, Cisco, NetApp and HP

Over the years, she has worked with clients such as Mobile Payment Solutions , Calltrol, Zamtel, Zambia National Commercial Bank, Zambia Air force, Zambia Information and Communication Technology (ZICTA), Africare, Coppernet, Zamlink, Mukuba Pension Trust, Plascon, Deloitte
She has helped design Data Centre solutions using Nettapp Storage and Dell Equallogic, provided networking solutions using Cisco and HP platforms and also provided advice regarding desktop computers , laptops, servers and printers and peripherals . Many of the I.T leaders, I.T Personell and Procurment personnel have benefited from both her expertise and her exceptional service and delivery.

Isaac Chilinda Sindazi
Chilinda is the Accpac consultant and he provides support to Accpac team. He holds a Honars Degree in Agriculture which he attained from the African University and is currently pursuing the CIMA programme. His passion for Information Technology and Accounting makes him a strategic partner and enables to contribute a great deal on many of our project tasks.
His tasks include trouble shooting and providing basic hardware support to the team and he manages day to day software installations and provides basic support to the Accpac clientele.
Ngoza is responsible for managing the admin side of our business. She is an accountant by profession but her determination has allowed her to stretch her limits and expand her field.
Her core function revolves around the day to day running of the business on the admin side. She is responsible for managing our books, submitting our financials and ensuring the compliance of operations of the company.
